Shipping and additional projects update!

As of today, about 970 packages have shipped, but 70 surveys have not yet been filled in.
We cannot ship items without these surveys being completed. Backerkit sends automated reminders, but we don't know the cut off point.
In the meantime, our writer, Trish is running her own Kickstarter! Her adorable Sloth Care Oracle deck is funding now. We know you're going to love it as much as we do, so go back the Sloth Care Oracle today so we can bring it to life!
Art is pouring in for our Halloween and Creatures of the Night decks, so these will be coming to Kickstarter soon.
And we are starting to branch out on longer term projects, with smaller numbers of artists per deck (to permit royalties for artists on each run). The first are two tarot decks, 78 Tarot Masters, Intergalactic and 78 Tarot Masters, Medieval. With more to come - next update asap!!

Hi! Popping by to give a shipping update.
Over 930 packages have been shipped, with about 5 to ship where surveys have been filled in since the first batch of addresses was sent to the fulfilment centre.
If you have not received a shipping notification you should have it soon. Please check spam before contacting us. The emails should be coming from [email protected]
Messaging the project via Kickstarter, or emailing in is better, so info we send remains private.
There are nearly 100 pledges we cannot ship yet. Most are surveys not yet filled in, some are declined cards. Backerkit will send automated reminders for both, but I think that will stop after a month/so and therefore old surveys will not be chased beyond this point.
Etsy pre-orders are being shipped now pledges have been, so surveys filled in now onward will ship soon (but not immediately).
Please remember:
We cannot speed up the postal services. There are some delays at customs into different countries, so we would ask you to bear with the postal services/customs for a few days.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels not being sent/received when surveys have not been filled in/payment issues have not been resolved/addresses have been incorrectly filled.

Hi!
Popping in with an Empire Strikes back kinda announcer voice to say...
The first batch of packages is away....the first batch of packages is away.
OK so geekdom done, the fulfilment centre are shipping the first batch of 78 Tarot Magical and Fool's Items pledges out starting TODAY.
We are already receiving shipping notifications, so you should be getting these via email over the next few days (please check spam before messaging us).
This first batch is approx. 910 pledges so far who have filled in their surveys and shipping payment has gone through etc.
There are a few more surveys that haven't been filled in, so reminders are being sent. And a few cards that are still errored, so you'll have received a message from Backerkit if that's the case. A second batch will be sent across to the fulfilment centre for shipping in a few weeks (we can't "just" send single surveys as and when they are filled in).
Please remember we cannot be held responsible for parcels not being sent/received when surveys have not been filled in/payment issues have not been resolved/addresses have been incorrectly filled.

Hi! Just popping in to say most surveys have been filled out.
With Backerkit, when you fill in your survey, you pay shipping, and purchase add ons - Backerkit then charge ALL cards in one go a bit later - 1st attempt was 12th Jan and any cards that weren't charged (out of date cards etc.) will have been emailed by Backerkit.
Backerkit will try cards again (probably 19th-20th Jan).
In the meantime, stretch goals are being finalised. As you know decks got here earlier than planned (and 1000 stretch goal packs take a lot of time).
Don't the stretch goals look fab?!?
So we will be locking orders & addresses very soon, and exporting your details to our fulfilment centre - probably at the end of this week!
Then the first batch of 78 Tarot Magical, Fool's Items Oracle, both books and both pocket decks will start to ship to backers.
You need to get surveys filled in/card issues sorted by 19/20th January to be included in this first batch.
Surveys filled in later/card issues sorted out later will be sent to the fulfilment centre in a second batch (we're not yet sure when this will be, it depends on how many surveys are delayed), because we can't "just" send single surveys as and when they are filled in.

Hi!
Sorry for being a bit quiet - we've been dealing with some missing/returned parcels/late survey responses with Animal, and Trish has been dealing with those messages for me as I am still on maternity leave with my almost 4 month old!
GREAT news! After paying a 400.00 port congestion fee and releasing my shipment from customs (wth is a port congestion fee?!) ....
All 10 pallets of 78 Tarot Magical, Fool's Items Oracle, both books and both pocket decks are now HERE EXTREMELY EARLY! Thats right, they are sitting at my fulfillment warehouse waiting to be unloaded and packaged up for you all!
We will not be able to ship things until after the holidays, because we still have some preparation to do as we were not expecting them this early. But they should start shipping mid-January which is a whole month earlier than we said so that is very exciting!
We will send out surveys (by Backerkit, so keep an eye for the Backerkit emails, not Kickstarter ones in case they go to spam) by the end of next week. We're just waiting on our warehouse to give us final shipping costs based on the weight of each product and then will be go go go!
Add ons will be available, so for those of you who've messaged us saying you didn't get to add other things to your pledge, this is your chance! We have also added a few items that are not even sold in our etsy just for you in our pre-order store. You will get a link to all of this with your survey.
As mentioned, shipping will be completed by a fulfillment centre this year, this is to ensure the fastest and most efficient shipping, so when filling in your addresses, please double check them - Backerkit exports these for shipping and we had a number come back as "invalid address" for Animal. If you've not received a survey by the end of next week please check spam, and then message us on Kickstarter so we can re-send - we cannot be held responsible for not shipping parcels when surveys have not been filled in.
